I know what it’s like to feel completely lost—to wake up every day with a nagging sense that something is missing, but no idea how to fix it.
Not too long ago, I felt completely frozen. Life was happening around me, but I had lost my footing. Every option felt so overwhelming that I started to not want anything at all. I was drowning in a crippling sense of discontent.
Does this sound familiar?
I remember venting to my friends, saying things like:
"I have no idea what to do.""I don’t know how to move forward.""I’m stuck.""I hate my job. I don’t know what to do with my degree. I don’t know where I want to go in life. I don’t know my purpose."
This endless cycle of uncertainty played in my head like a broken record. Then one day, as I was driving to work, something hit me—hard.
💡 Every time I repeated those words, I was reinforcing my own doubt. I was actively undermining my confidence and dismissing my own intuition.
I realized that by constantly saying “I don’t know”, I was making it impossible for me to see a way forward. So, sitting at a red light, I tried something different.
I whispered out loud:
“I know what I want.”
At first, it felt awkward. False. Maybe even a little ridiculous. But as soon as I heard my own voice say it, something shifted inside me.
I sat up a little straighter.
So I said another one:
“I know what’s important to me.”
Then another:
“I know who I am.”
With each statement, I felt a quiet strength waking up inside me—like I had been asleep for years and was finally coming back to life.
From that day on, every time I started to feel lost or overwhelmed, I stopped myself. Instead of spiraling into uncertainty, I affirmed my truth:
✨ I know who I am.✨ I know what I want.✨ I know what’s important to me.✨ I know why I am here.✨ I know how to achieve my goals.
And you know what? My life completely changed.
Opportunities I had never seen before suddenly became obvious. My career took off. I found love—the kind I had only dreamt about. I started saying no to things that weren’t right for me, without guilt or hesitation.
Because I had created an unshakable foundation of knowing within myself.
And you can, too.
Next time you catch yourself saying, “I don’t know what to do”, stop. Take a deep breath. Say instead:
🔥 “I do know.”
Even if you don’t fully believe it yet, say it anyway. Feel the shift.
Because the truth is—you already have the answers. You just need to start listening.
